Summer 2006 project sum up:
-JLT CAI
-160 lbs. Weight Reduction
-Rear Seat Delete (Custom)
-Black iPass
-Spark Plugs/Wires/Wire Covers
-Aluminum Driveshaft
-MGW STS
JLT CAI: Intake has arrived

The old system comes out:

The new sytem goes in:

As of July 16 2006, I have the first and only black iPass...as far as I know. That damn little white thing looked horrible on my black car. So I ran out to AutoZone and picked up some Krylon Fusion (Spray paint specifically for plastic) It looks much better now!
One of the previous owners went retarded on the OEM plug cover (Or so I thought) Later I come to discover that the plug right in the middle of this thing has a helicoil on it...Looks like someone cross-threaded it and then it shot back out and destroyed this thing):

So here come the replacements:

They have arrived!!!

I really like the things...but I would've much rather spent the $200 on something else, stock plasitc replacements would've been fine – But I’m a sucker for FRPP parts.
The day after X-mas break started (2006) I dove into my car and took out a few unnecessary things:

Picked up some wood and started to work on the seat delete today to make it look a little better:
-Some black carpet ordered from Crutchfield
-2 Templates I made on some newspaper and the saber saw I used to cut up the wood
-The result at the end of today
Mounting hardware went on:
SVT logo template, and aluminum sheet:

The NEAR finished product: And Finished!(It weighs 17 lbs.)

Got my A/C delete on. Haven't got the entire system out yet, but the difficult part is done:
The old piece in, and it's replacement:

All the crap I took out (at least 30 lbs. worth), and the new delete pulley:

At this point, the entire sound system is gone, rear seats, foglights and brackets, the strut tower brace, aluminum driveshaft, no spare or jack, A/C compressor, condenser, dryer, lines, and lack of cats add up to a curb weight of about 3244 lbs.
MGW short shifter is on it's way...a few shots of it:

PARTS HAVE ARRIVED!!!! (shifter and MIL eliminators):

I spent a couple hours installing my MGW short throw today...a couple hours because I cut myself really badly, and dropped a nut and spent like 20 minutes trying to find it. But anyways, froze my ass off (22°F), but got it installed. Brought the old one home, and polished off the grease layer on it, and too my suprise it was fluorescent blue....no stock part would be that pretty, so i polish it off a little more:

...Previous owner had installed a B&M Ripper shifter....money well spent--oops
Just sold the shifter on eBay for $81!
Old A/C system just sold for $31!
More Parts:

Parts went on!!! The new plugs and wires have significantly smoothed out the idle of the car, it feels great! The driveshaft was a sinch to install, and looks and performs very well..

And the new wires, nice and bright blue!
