This is my 1989 Mustang GT. I have always been a Mustang fanatic and when I went to see this car when it was being sold I decided I had to have it and came back that Saturday and laid down the money for it, and drove it home. What else can I say besides I love the car. On top of that, it hauls ass. Hope you like it as well.
As far as performance mods go, here is the list:
GT-40 heads
Ford E-303 cam
Full exhaust with Flowtech headers, custom offroad X-pipe, Flowmasters, and turndowns
BBK CAI
Pro 5.0 shifter
March aluminum underdrive pulleys
Spec Stage 2 Clutch
Suspension mods are a strut tower bar, lowering springs, Bilstein adjustable shocks and struts, as well as a new set of Ford Racing front control arms.
Not too many cosmetic mods to list. All that has changed the look of the car is a set of clear corners, LX tails, Ford Racing Wires, MSW wheels, and a 3" Cowl hood with SVO scoop (which is soon to go).
For Audio I have all Sony, with the exception of my back speakers, which are Pioneer. I have an Xplod 1000w amp and 2 10" 1100w subs, with a capacitor. Not the greatest system, but for the money, and in such a small car, it sounds awesome.
Future plans:
New hood, probably a Heat Extractor from Cervini's
Ford Racing 3.73s
GT-40 U&L Intake
BBK 70MM Throttle Body
C&L 76MM Mass Air
BBK Fendwerwell CAI
24# Injectors
190lph fuel pump
New front and rear bumper covers (Cobra rear bumper)
Some subframe connectors
Adjustable U/L control arms
new headlight kit
and a new coat of paint over the winter.
