This is my pride and joy. bought it brand new in 2002, it's the 2.2 hdi "se" model fitted with brembo brake pads as standard, Black leather interior with all the extras (as standard) such as sat-nav, air-con, power headlamp wash etc. Replaced standard 16" rims with rare/custom 18" rims (35mm spacers had to be specialy made and shipped from Germany).
Torque and bhp has been drasticly improved via re-mapping...torque especially. This was done by a specialist firm in quinton who refuse to deal with boy-racers thus a professional job was done with care. Hooked up to computer and rolling roads and tested for 2 hours. All settings still within safety parameters.
Also added is a stylish scripted chrome coupe badge placed under the peugeot badge at the rear (406 badge removed as i don't regard it to be anything like a 406). Rear spoiler also added.
It's fitted with "SONY MINI-DISC RECORDER" (USEFUL IF A SONG I WANT COMES ON THE RADIO), sub-woofer in the boot (9 speakers altogether) and fitted with 3-amps, standard jbl amp replaced with 2x520watt twister amps (1040watts in total)...1 to drive the front four speakers, 1 to drive the back four speakers, and sub-woofer amp which is built-into the sub-woofer itself. Turquoise/blue side lights have replaced standard clear ones (looks cooool with these and the spots on).
I will refrain from doing to much to it as i don't wanna turn a car like this into a boy-racer disaster! i feel discreet changes are the best ones and it makes the car look fantastic.
