This is my dads old 1970 and 1971 Dodge Chargers. He sold both. He sold his 1970 in 1986 for $650, and his 1971 in 1991 for $350. My dad had hooker headers and a Holley 850 Carburetor, with a 440 Magnum V-8, stock 375 Hp on his 1970 with 60 series Firestone Super Sport tires with Cragar SS Mags. On his 1971 it was stock with a 318 with 225 Hp. I won't ever get over how in the first place he sold them. Then the second thing is why so cheap. Bottom pic is now my charger i bought.

Hey there, when I was searching for a "B" body mopar in the mid 80's, I too ran across some pretty good ones. I had the opportunity to buy a 69 Plymouth Belvedere for $400.00. what I'm getting at is that at that time it wasn't TOO rare to find a mopar selling for those prices, yes worth more in todays market, but not much then. I could be kicking myself now'a days aswell. Well atleast you have one now.. good luck with it!!

I just got a 74, the only year I could get my hands on for the cost, good luck finding the one that you want. I hope it works out better for you than it did for your dad.
