First few shots of the car after I got it home. It is a 1970 block, bored out .030 over currently with a stock 70 GM cam, 67 GTO 400 Heads, and Hooker headers. Took the old intake and carb off - replaced with Performer RPM Intake and 750 CFM Carb, and replaced the Distributor with electronic Accell unit.
Engine ran like crap when I got it, carb floats would stick and it wouldn't idle. I am trying to document most changes I make to the car. I ordered the Performer RPM Power Package. Cam will go in when the Alum Heads with roller tip rockers get put on Last image of the assembled engine. It starts up quick, even without the choke connected.
