Here's a few pics of my newly acquired 1988 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe. It's a 5 speed. Picked it up for $500. It's got a few of the standard (alright, ALL of the standard) TC issues! I'm dealing with them one at a time. The body is straight, the paint's very good and it runs pretty well. Once I get everything sorted out, it's gonna be my daily driver.
UPDATE!!
After tearing into this thing I discovered a shoddily installed sunroof, severely cracked head, cracked turbo and someone had taken a sawzall to the firewall to remove the heater core! (See added pics). Couple that with the fact that most everything is worn out and it just made sense to move on and find something else. Therefore, it's now a parts car that I'll be parting on Ebay, TF, NATO, etc. Oh yeah....................I did find something else! Go to 'My Garage' and check out my newest aquisition. An '86 5-speed Turbo Coupe!
