Our car is a 2001 model year 735iL. We purchased the car from an independent 7 series specialist near London. The car has now covered 50,000 miles. Having owned the car for a few months I decided that a few mods were needed. The first was to have the engine re-mapped. This was carried out by Janspeed, a copmany that I have built a very good relationship with over some 20 years. The results were very good with a small increase in BHP, but more importantly a much smoother torque curve. They also enabled the tv to operate while driving, which is handy for traffic jams. !
