This is my first project car. It has been sold in summer 2008, within 2 days!
I kept good memories!
Enjoy!

I have always been passionate by car body modifications. This cavalier is the first car I have ever bought. At the biginning, I had never planned on improving the look of that basic purple cavalier. Since car was my passion, I have started doing few mods.

SUMMER 2007 After graduating from car body work shool, I decided to go for the big changes!
Shaved body side skirt and M3 fender grill

Custom front bumper, made with factory cavalier bumper combined with rear dodge caravan bumper. Cut in 3 pieces, plastic welded on factory bumper, and then molded on with 3M EZ sand flexible expoxy glue. More than 60 hours of hard work to get to the final result.

2006 Custom Interior project
First step:
I wanted to change the look of the old plastic from the factory door panel. I also had to make custom frame to install my new infinity 5 1/4" speakers.
Before / After

The frame is made from MDF wood, wich I cut into rings and prepare it for fitting my new speakers.
The door panel has been covered with black carpet and design with chromed molding. Speaker fits perfect and is mounted with right angle to increase sound effects.

______________
Custom fiberglass 6x9" profect
I had to build a panel to install my new infinity 6x9" speakers.

The same process as for the 5 1/4" has been done. Making rings using MDF... And making mounting brackets to give the appropriate angle.
The speaker frames were wrapped with grille cloth, which was glued in place after being stretched tight.

After layering fiberglass, I covered it tighly with black carpet.

School project exercise
Cuting a fender in two pieces, and then weld it together. Finally use a pick hammer and a body file to get rid of the low spots.
