I purchased this beautiful, all-original '73 Nova Custom in 2002 from the original owner's Grandson. The car was ordered/purchased new in Panama where the owner was a ship pilot through the canal. The car resided there for the next 29 years. I have all the original dealership paperwork, etc. The owner willed the car to his Grandson in New Jersey. Unfortunately for Grandpa, his Grandson had no interest in an old Nova. However, Grandpa's "Sweet Pea" fell into the hands of a Nova aficianado!
The car is a 53,000 mile beauty. Powered by a 307 C.I.D. small block through a 350 Turbo Automatic. Features include Air Conditioning, Power Steering, and AM Radio. All smog equipment is even still in tact and working. The paint is Light Green Metallic with Antique White on top. The only non original parts (added by yours truly) on the car are the 15" Monte Carlo Rally's/BFG Radial TA's and dual stainless exhaust through polished MagnaFlows.
I drive this car often (weather permitting, of course) and it runs and drives right down the road like a new one and gets 18 mpg!
