Background
Welcome! My name is Bruce and this is a tribute to the second love of my life: my pride and joy Leghoe!
My wife Victoria and I had been looking for a good project car to work on so we decided to go with the 2002 Lego Technic Super Car II. The unassembled car was shipped to us from Denmark and was hand built in my garage. Although every bit of the car is stock Technic, it feels like it has been customized to fit our needs perfectly. We even love the standard Lego Racing Red body color.
We have enjoyed touring with it all over the world.
Specs
The car is a rack and pinion front wheel drive hardtop convertible (although it leaks a lot) powered by a standard Technic V8 engine. It has a 5-speed manual transmission and race-tuned suspension. As mentioned before, it is Lego Racing Red and has Classic White plastic interior (very comfortable).
Performance
Don't Hate because I Have a V8

Top Speed: As fast as it can be pushed
0-60: Depends on whos pushing it
HP: It operates on manpower

Victoria & Bruce
Yes, I am staring directly at her chest:
"Please see if her hair hangs long
If it rolls and flows all down her breast
Please see for me if her hair hangs long
That's the way I remember her best."
I love you Victoria!
