Update 10/28/09: Hello. I brought my car home for the school year near the end of August. I didnt want to run the risk of it getting mangled in the peak of State College fall traffic, so it's at home. I do miss it a lot. It has its bugs, but what car this age doesnt?

Please check out the rest of my page, but be mindful, it's probably out-dated. I'll be refreshing everything soon.

That is me standing with my 1982 Cutlass Supreme. I bought it in spring 06 with 48,000 Miles.

Bourkemaster's 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme There it is at the 1st Annual Lions Club Car Show at the West End Fair Grounds. It didnt win, but hey, it was fun.

Bourkemaster's 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Now for some facts about the car. It has about 56,000 Miles on a 3.8L. For now, Im going to try to get the V-6 running better until I can swap out a motor the right way...Someday. Im toying with the idea of adding a turbo or swapping for a 3.8T. Dunno though. Most likely will be a V8. - Update, new Camaro V6 powertrain. I could be very happy with that. A modern High Output V6 may be the way to go. Screw being a purist, 300 Hp and 30 mpg? Why the hell not?

Bourkemaster's 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme The interior is stock. Nothing added there...well, ok there is a Pioneer head. I have to clean that up a little bit, I need some kind of molding to hide the cut a little better.

Wiring was a day long affair. The used Pioneer head had most of the wiring harness. But the stock stereo for the car had a series of 3 sockets, one for front speakers, one for rears, and one for power, light, and ground. It hurt me to cut the old wires, but once I figured out what was what it all spliced rather well. Thats not the OG faceplate either, there's no way I would cut up the original, I bought 2 from a junkyard. Good thing, too, I messed up the cut on the first one.

Bourkemaster's 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Rollin on some stock 14 inch...dubs. With BFG 225 70 TA Radials. I like the way these wheels look, but Im always a little afraid of losing parts off of them. Quite a few people tell me I should put big wheels on the car. I wont for two reasons. One, PENNDOT is worthless. There isn't a single smooth road in Pennsylvania. Two, it just isn't my style. I have nothing against HiRisers. I've seen some really nice ones, but they just aren't my cup of tea.

Bourkemaster's 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Just thought Id toss up a pic of the motor before I did anything to it. Just in case nobody knows what a 3.8 with 24 years of grime on it looks like.

Bourkemaster's 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme And now its steamed and I painted the air cleaner. Spiffy huh?

Bourkemaster's 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme All washed up.

Bourkemaster's 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Nearly impossible to hide in a parking lot.

Bourkemaster's 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme The paint is pretty deep for a 25 year old car. It has its flaws, (Small chips on the lower doors, some fading on the trunk, the stuff you'd expect.)

You got it, and I'll shoot ya 5 stars for knowing my handle is from Rocky Horror. I had a girlfriend years ago who loved that movie and I've seen it a couple of hundred times. That line always cracked me up. Nice clean Cutlass, I know what you mean, it's hard to watch time take it's toll when you don't have the money to do anything. It's got great potential and it's definitly worth saving!
