i bought this van about 5 years ago and took it on tour all across the country several times w/my band vena cava http://www.myspace.com/venacava3. weve since retired it for tour and bought a 92 dodge van. i even used the image for a band sticker. (see below)
features: bubble top, diamond window, dual exhaust w/glass packs, new cooper cobra tires, slotted mag rims.
im hoping to restore it to its former glory. ive stripped the crappy paint off the fiberglass top, replaced the windows in the top too. done some minor body work and replaced many uninteresting parts. i started the roof of the interior, but kind of put it off to do all at once cuz i havent decided on interior color scheme. i want to get new captains chairs an do the rear w/a bed.
also, that "boogers" sticker was purchased somewhere in new mexico at like 5am. it seemed like the funniest thing id ever seen after ingesting several sodas and coffees while driving all night! maybe i should get those tags.
other items of interest on the dash: the top of a bodybuilding trophy and a creamic head of mozart painted like gene simmons thats been w/us since day one.
