A lot of work done. Check out the exhaust
coller. It rusted away leaving what used to be
a bolt.
c0brajet351's 1989 Ford Bronco IIThe exhaust manifold bolts aren't much better.
Had to make this to replace the front rotors. No one had a tool to fit. No, not Nappa, Sears, AutoZone, or Discount.

c0brajet351's 1989 Ford Bronco IIThe old heads. As you can see most of the exhaust manifold bolts broke. I got a little luck when I took them to a machine shop they had a set of heads on hand just rebuilt. The owner found he had a cracked block and just wanted the rebuild cost for both. Machine shops charge $25 per bolt to drill & tap.

Heads are done. The lift is in and I'm up and running.c0brajet351's 1989 Ford Bronco II

Without a lift, stock everything we put on 29" swampers. Noticed a slight rub in the inner rear wheel well. It's a trade off. Swampers are rough noisy and don't get the mileage all terrains. As a stock daily driver I'd stick to 235s all terrains. Remember if you go bigger tires you will effect the speedometer reading. Modifying your B2 can get expensive fast. Many here may have tens of thousands in their ride and some may look like a train wreck but work awesome.
