bams50's 1957 Studebaker President

Found in a barn 1 hour from my home! Complete car, from Colorado. Been in barn an estimated 20 years. Bought on ebay, off a mention on the Studebaker Driver's Club forum...

I went to look at several cars in an old barn, hoping to help fellow Stude lovers by checking out the cars in person for them... no one was interested, so I ended up bidding on- and buying- this one!

Runs good and drives- no brakes (yet!) and VERY solid! My intentions are to restore this beauty; looking forward to it!

I also am restoring a 57 stud wagon, but a 2 door. I just got it about a month ago and it appears to be in about the same shape as yours. I am however in need of a hood and possibly a front bumper.I see you have quite a few parts, wondering if you may have or know of a hood and bumper in good condition. Good luck with yours. Keep us posted on your progress.

This is a sweet car. I'd really like to get a Studebake Wagonaie, but this would be my next choice. I would love to see some pictures once it's done.
