Engine and Trans hardware that had to be made.
Motor place from 1/4" stock and the Clutch plate from 1/8", Powder coated them from the Eastwood kit that I got. Using Energy Suspension Motor and Trans Mounts.

Clutch Plate

LS1 and T56

First Trial Fit and mounting of the LS1, Stock F-Body pan. It was a little to close for me. I attempted to have my Welder section the pan. But as I was told by a few other, Not all LS1 Pan can be welded. some of them have to much junk metal and oil in the casting. (any one one to buy a F-Body pan that has been Cut and needs welding up of the new section.?)

Engine In and running
Marking the Frame mount

Pan and X-Member, a little close for me, attempted to have pan sectioned.. but no luck.

Tried TIG and some of the HTC rods, but could not get it to seal or TIG correctly

for sale, make offer !(pan, pickup and tray)
Next was to try a Cad CTS-V oil pan, I was able to pickup a Pan, pickup, tray from a take off.

Engine in place with CTS-V pan

Pan does extent about 1"+ lower than the X-member, should not be a problem as I am not lowering the car to much. Trans and Exhaust hang down about the same (check that with the stock cat and pipe)
Took the mount off of the Tran X-member, flipped it over and mounted it. Had to cut the Tran Tunnel to get the right angle of engine/trans, just about 3 deg.

Notching the Frame for the A/C Compressor
