Here is my 1986 420SEL, that i bought almost two years ago. I also own a 1991 560SEC, that i bought about six months ago. This car is just sitting right now till i get some serious dough in my pocket, at which point i plan to drop a GM crate engine and tranny in there! Yeah, i'm serious about it! Here is what my 420 looked like when i bought it, completely unmolested:

hey man nice ride, how does it handle in the snow?. This will be the first year i put mine in it, just wanted to know.

i wanted to put a crate 350 in my 78 camaro. check ou t this site as reference. its will cost you either way, but you could put some serious power in the SEL http://www.enginefactory.com/Horsepowerchoices.htm
