This is my new 06 Suzuki Aerio obtianed after I had a destructive accident with my last one.(see baby blue in profile for story)
When i picked it up from the dealership it had 25 miles on it. Here is what it looked like.
Then in a succesful attempt to be different and attract Civics I put all the parts and pant i ordered for my blue aerio on the red one.
Well it worked perfectly....well too perfectly and i found myself attracting just as many civics as cops. Though thanks to a truck backing into my car while it was parked i turned it back to normal. The picture are when i started over.
Yet all this didn't last for long so i started to wrench again

Intakes
Well it wasn't to long ago when you couldn't run a intake on the 2.3L without CEL flashing. These are some of the intakes i tried before ending up with with my AEM setup. Also in this part is how to create a tube that will allow you to run any intake you need.

My first full CAI with underbody scoop. It was made compleatly with spectra intake parts.

Short lived Ram Air set up.
I found out that all it did was make a load noise and suck hot air. While using this set up my car felt sluggish, even with the ram air. Within 1 min the IAT read 110 degrees in 60 degree weather. It would only get close to outside air temp when i hit 60-80 then it would get hot again.

The j20 and j23 routes engine coolant through the throttle body to keep the throttle plate from freezing in extremely cold weather. Routing hot coolant through the throttle body yields hotter inlet air and lowers horsepower. For every 10° drop in air temperature you realize a 1% horsepower gain. This mod is popular on a LT1, with the LT1's 350 H.P. even a small drop of 20° at the throttle body will yield a 2% gain of 7 H.P. Since the aerio is no where near 350 H.P. The gains will be smaller. So 20° drop at a 150 H.P 3 extra H.P. Thats the basics. The mod with the right tools should take anywhere from 30mins to a hour to install. If anyone is interested in one i sell them for 10 dollar(that includes shipping anywhere in the contenintal USA extra for anywhere else). The kit comes with everything needed and detailed instruction in english and in spanish upon reqeust.
