This is SJ's 02 TJ purchased in April 06.
I got this Jeep to replace my 87 YJ that I let go a couple of years ago. I regretted it every time I saw a Jeep go by me. Drove a ZJ for a while which I liked but it just wasn't the same.
So I found a black 02 TJ, 4.0L 5 speed, brought it home and named it Blakjak.
First Day:
The TJ is an Apex Edition, which apparently was an 02 only trim package which included a hood decal, leatherish seats in a very funky brown/orange color, and chromed steel wheels.
And this is what it looks like one month later:
I have a bunch more stuff planned, but think I will be keeping it like this for at least a little while till I get my feet wet offroad...and win the lottery!
