Purchased for $3,750 on February 25, 2006 in Santa Clara, CA from the second owner for $3,750. Absolutely everything works, and there are no tears, rips, cracks, rust, blemishes, or scratches anywhere. The original floor mats are mint and intact, and the original owner's manual which has probably never been read moe than 5 times is in the glove box. I'm very proud of this all-original American beauty, and have no intentions to ever sell it.

Sweet ride. I have a 100% crack free used grille for your car if you're interested in having a spare. I have no use for it.

Thanks for your positive comments upon my 73 NY! Your Coronet looks great, and I'll bet she's CA rust free! I just added a 71 NY to my collection, and invite you to view. RS

Very nice Coronet. They need to be driven often. I have had many a "B" body and also have a '73 right now. Tips to keeping it in rust-free shape: The worst place to rust is the bottom of the front fenders. There is a brace welded to the inside of the fender & water is funneled down from the windshield through this bracing. If it gets clogged up (leaves & the like) this will rust from the inside out, destroying the braces & probably going inside the car too. Also at the top of the fender, at the bottom of the windshield, there is a lot of asphault roofing cement covering the cowl. This can better be seen by removing the big chrome piece below the windshield. Water will penetrate under this black roof cement & rust through the welded seams, Keep an eye on that for drying out & cracking, a sure sign that there is rust underneath. (I have pictures if you email me). Two other favorite rust spots from the inside out are, lower rear fender right behind wheel & bottom of doors. There are plugs on the inside of the rear fenders you can remove to flush out the insides of the fenders from the trunk to keep them from collecting dirt & moisture. The door panels can easily be removed to rust-proof the bottom & insides of those pesky doors.

The best money I spent on my '73 was sway bars for both front & rear. With the wide rims & tires my car corners like it is on rails. You may not find listings for the '73 because it was a blend of '72 & '74 parts. I have the sway bar numbers & got mine at Jeg's, if you want them.

Check out all my vehicles sometime.
