This car is the most documented car i've ever dealt with. I have receipts for bulbs replaced in 1989. This is a 305 TPI car that was a 305 4bbl. However the motor is out of an 86 Z28 as well as the tranny and rear disc rear end. I have been in contact with the owner of the IROC Car (wrecked car that the parts came from) and have some history from him. The lady I bought this car from bought it from the original owner who was a friend of her family's growing up and she always like the car. When she bought the car it was in major disrepair, needing major engine and tranny work. She and her husband bought a wrecked IROC-Z on ebay, and took out the engine, transmission, and interior and put that in this car. The motor ran good when I got it but the electronics were obviously hooked up by an amateur because it quickly started to deteriorate in performance. Also, the car looked ok from 50 ft, but looked like it had spent a little to much time in the New Bedford High School parking lot (if ya know what i'm sayin). So it got some body work and a fresh coat of paint. As of 12/15/06 this car is in the shop for major engine work and brake work. I will put up some more pics here (some of which are truly amazing), but you can check out in the meantime.

This is a quick shot of it 1 day before paint.

Ok, So a few year Later.  5/2/09.  This car is still around.  I think I have worked out the bugs other than a plastic buring smell after I run it for a while... and I can't find it. Looking to get a legit tag on it this summer.
