Prodrive 17" wheels These are made by Rays Engineering. Forged monoblock 17x7.5 +48 offset and 17x8.5 +54 offset. I bought them used with minor dings on the wheel lip and some low-end summer tires 225/45/17 and 255/45/17 that have been aging in the garage. The tires suck especially this particular 255 is not much wider than the 235/40/17 Kumho 712 I run on the BMW. Well, I bought the package mostly for the wheels anyways because nice wheels that fit perfect for the S2000 are hard to find.
Having had some "scary" fun with the grippy but not wide enough Falken Ziex 512 (I really meant to plan them for winter use) on my favorite track, I was curious what these garage-brewed (ok, garage-aged) tires could do. Took them out to my track a couple more times in '05 and I was not happy with them to the point that I almost thought my suspension was screwed. Any time I vary just a tiny bit of throttle in any corner, the car would like to go sideways (I do know how to drive RWD and drive them fast). I could only get 0.1s behind my miata's fastest time on street tires. Brand new tires is next on my todo list.

nghtrider, pages r actually from last year. Just managed to "pull them out" from my miata pages. Hv done 5 track days since, turning smoking track times w/ 17" Prodrive and Kumho SPT and no other new suspension or power mod. :) Not sure what's next but will want to keep as stock as possible. Must've had too much mod time w/ my miata b4. :)
