Great looking car. What Super Comp Headers did you use. I just got the 2129 Hookers, just wanted to see how they worked out for anyone.

I miss my 1975 Monza 350, too.

I never believed the 125hp ratings for it. Even before I started modifying mine, I remember horsing around with a 1972 Camaro that looked pretty built... I was on the I-5 going north, and I could pull ahead of it easily even without kicking the automatic down into 2nd. The Camaro was surely putting out over 200hp.

Same with a coworker friend who had a 1970 Challenger 318. By the "official ratings," the Challenger put out more horsepower - yet on the two-lane on-ramp to the freeway home, he'd be in my mirror well before we ran out of on-ramp. It easily toasted another friend's Boss 302 as well.

Since then, I installed a low-restriction air cleaner, Thrush Turbo muffler, and a B&M shift kit, and estimated that it was putting out about 250hp. And I never did find its top end, and believe me, I tried.
