*12 October* Show season and mods have slowed down drastically.  I'm rather short on funds but I'll give ya what I've got.

This show ran over the Blue Ridge Mountains, about 3/4 the way to Roanoke, about 2 months ago.  Thought I stood a chance but obviously not XD.

    

 

Went to another set of three shows in a weekend.  One was rather impromtu but we made it anyway.  Placed in one of the shows.  Also, got a dead battery during the same show.  Lucky for me, there were some hotrod guys that happened to have a jump pack.

    

 

This show was the following day and was inside and abandoned Lowe's.  Weird, but hey, whatever works.

    

I'll have to scratch up some photos from the third show.  Forgot my memory card for that one because I R Smrt.

Anyway, there was a show that ran a while back up in Maryland.  No luck there either but it was fun.  Met a Decepticon, even :D

    

*5 April* I've been to 3 shows in the past 3 weeks. I has been busy Scikotic and haven't posted the photos. Until now anyway.

Show today (5 April). Took home first place in the Import class. Much much fun show since I was competing against the likes of Lexus, Mazda, Honda and Nissan and all made one hell of a showing. Didn't think I'd won it but danged if they didn't call my name as first place.

Last weekend was at Yorktown High School. Took Second in the Scion class and the show was participant judged.

And finally, Spring Showdown in Roanoke three weeks ago.

*15 March* Another City Tour. This time, Virginia Beach and Norfolk.

 

And, without much further stalling, meet my new Club Affiliation. Hampton Roads Scikotics.

 

 

 

 

*18 February* Took Vixen for a City Tour today. Found all kinds of neat places to take pics. Here's but a few of them.

 

*6 February* Yes. I live. And I have pictures from last July because I'm a lazy bum and haven't updated until now.

 

This is more recent. Show in December, I believe. First show for Vix in Virginia. New trophy added to the collection. Was a charity car show and she placed in the Top 25.

 

*9 August* Mom surprised me with a pair of e-mails. One contained pics of Vixen's new underbody LED kit and the other? Pics of Vixen and my sister's new Salsa Red xB.

 

And, here's how well Vixen's lowering kit has taken hold.

 

Now, for a few night pics with lights. Vix also got some interior LED's but Mom hasn't figured out how to work them yet *^_^. The underbody kit changes like, 12 colors. It was my birthday present and arrived the day before I had to return to Korea so I've never seen them on the car before these photos.

*14 July* I'm back in Korea. Finished up a *lot* of stuff on Vixen while I was home. Biggest note: lowering springs. Now, the only mod that is left (because it came in the day before I had to leave) is the underbody LED's.

 

*21 June* Installed Vixen's new badges today. Got the strut tower bar and a new battery clamp on too but it was too dark for pictures.

Current Mods to be installed: I have these at the house...some just need paint and install.

-Hotckis front and rear sway bars
-DC Sports strut tower bar
-Redline Tuning hood dampers
-KSport lowering springs (2" drop)

*24 Mar 2007* I'm aggravated. Extremely so. See, I sent Vix to the body shop to repair that rear bumper...but somehow...SOMEHOW, they managed to "not see" the damage to the bumper but saw the damage to the skirt. They didn't put the bumper on the estimate. Now, they want another $300 to RNI and Refinish the rear bumper...after I just paid them over $400 to fix the skirts and front bumper (had prior damage...just wanted it fixed). So, they tried buffing the bumper damage...which is ingrained in the plastic. All it did was smooth the edges.

Granted, the front bumper and the skirts look good....but the frickin rear bumper, the ENTIRE REASON SHE WENT INTO MAINTENANCE still looks like that. Grrrr....

*26 Jan 2007* New toys! Now, the pic I'm showing isn't what she's got. The one's she has now are chrome. Just that tirerack.com has removed the chrome model. However comma, the nice shinys are sitting at the house right now waiting on tires.

Especially since I'm half a world away from my car and can't defend her at the moment. Why do people hit a car and drive the fuck off? Don't they know that's illegal? Oh...right. Of course they do. *12 Dec 2006* I'm awaiting pics from the States. There aren't any and I mean ANY Scions in South Korea. Lots of Kia's, lots of Daiwoo's, lot's of Hyundai's...but no Scion's. This has to be illegial. Though there are some American cars here...on base. And the occasional Nissan.

*ahem* The pics, right. See, I'm getting my little sister to do something for me that involves Vixen. HOPEFULLY...she gets off her keister and gets the car ready. I wanna see Vix dressed up for Christmas! :)

*18 November 2006* Took Vix to my last show in the States at Gray-Daniels Toyota Scion in Brandon Mississippi. I think I ended up tying for 5th place with 58/100 points. Here's Vixen's pictures. Most everyone else will be on page 2.

*15 November 2006* Holy crap. Been a few minutes since the last update I suppose. Well, good news is I have a show this Saturday at the Scion Dealership here in Mississippi. Can't wait. But for now, a little peice of Vix is missing...or was. Had a crack in the windshield that warrented and entire replacement glass. Pain in the neck.

 

*14 October 2006* Oktoberfest, Sumter South Carolina. Vix took home her third trophy and second first place finish today!! YAY~ Anywho, here's some pics I seem to have been neglecting to post. Team Scionide at Oktoberfest. And yes, if you notice that xA that Vix is next to, you should be able to recognize the rims. hehe...those are the ones I borrowed for NOPI.

*8 October 2006* Went to Myrtle Beach yesterday. Was supposed to meet some people up there but yeah, no one showed. Soooo, me and Vix went and had some fun :D

 

*1 October 2006* Went to a Greek Festival/Carshow yesterday. Brought in Third but they're only giving out top 2 in the class. Figures lol. I have pictures on my home computer but since I'm not there right now, I don't have any up. Later on I'll get a couple there. Got laundry to do anyway.

*23 September 2006* NOPI!!!!! I finally got a couple of pics of Vix up from this. She looked great! Borrowed the rims, they're 18's, from a friend of mine who has an xA. These pictures were taken by Josh from TRD Sparks. NOPI was in Atlanta this year.

*9 September 2006* Vixen just got back from a show in Lancaster South Carolina and brought in 4th place for the Import/Sport Compact/Lowrider class! Yay! Trophy number 2. Anyway, on the way back, I stopped at a couple of places and took pictures. Also, I'll have some of the ones from the show posted.

*2 September 2006* Holy crap...I'm tired. I was up til 6 this morning washing and waxing my car. Even took a clay bar to it. Showed today in Rock Hill, SC at an event called Carolina Underground. Drop Jaw Mag sent out a photographer...and they took pictures of Vix so I'll have to see how that pans out. Here's a few pics of Vixen from the show.

 

These pics were taken by Xclusive-Images.com and posted on their website. What gets me is that the guy who took these bottom two had to be standing in almost the exact same spot that I was when I took the pics above. Freaky.

*29 August 2006* Long delay, huh? Anywho, here's the promised pic of the engine cover. A much better one at any rate. Vix has a show to get ready for this Saturday, provided Ernesto doesn't rain us out...again.

*12 August 2006* Dances around like a crazy person. Yes! Yes! Yes! :D. Vixen won her first trophey today. She got first in the Scion xB class at the Carolina Clash 1.0 show in Sumter.

*3 August 2006* hehehehehe....oh yes, the parts have been returned. They messed up a few times before it was a workable product. The stuff we were using on these peices had never been tried on plastic and it didn't react well until we managed to make the plastic act more like primered metal. Here's the new pics.

I will get better pics tomorrow. I was running out of daylight.

 

*31 July* Vix went to the shop again. These are what she's currently looking like. The missing parts should be ready tomorrow if not Wednesday. The blue fender is off of a Taurus but it's a scratch peice to try a new paint technique, which is being applied to Vix. Picture is crappy but it's off a cellphone.

 

*29 July* Went to a show today, didn't bring in a prize but I wasn't totally expecting to. Still disappointed though. Here's Vix's pics from it. Also, I added page 2 today. These are pictures of other cars from the shows.

 

*24 July* Here's what I learned today, that the tires that are on the wheels that I want are too flippin tall. Here's some pics for you. The first are Vix's stock hubcaps. The second, the back wheel with the 18. The last is of Vix's front tire making about half a turn and the thing hitting the floorboard rollup.

 

*22 July* And again :D. More toys. The pic of the tint is almost immediatly after it was installed. It's steaming out some of the water as we speak.

 

*21 July* She's baaaaccckkkk :D. And with some new cool stuff. The body work and tail light paint were done by Carolina Collision and Body Shop. The pattern for the tail lights was done by Bobby Moy. Check it.

 

*20 July* Vixen's door and rear panel have been painted. At this point, I'm simply waiting on pinstripes to come in and get added as well as some other stuff getting paint tonight. More to come tomorrow.

 

*19 July* Here's an update. I checked in on Vix yesterday and took two pics. There are also some of her from today. She's just about ready to paint. Oh, and the new vinyl, not happening. Something else is though hehehe

*17 July* Vix was just dropped off at the body shop about 20 minutes ago and should be repaired in about 2 days. Also, she'll hopefully be getting some more vinyl while she's there.

*15 July* Ta Da! New Speedometer face is in and installed. Check it out! This gauge face is a one of a kind made by Chad Force.

 

*12 July* Wow. I'm getting hammered on the ratings lol. I don't mind, I still love my car but come on guys! Tell me what you like/don't like about the ride, please? I promise, no return flames or anything. Just an owners curiosity :D

*3 July 06* Oh yes, the vinyl has arrived...and much earlier than I anticipated. Oh well though :D. hehehe...I can't wait to get this stuff on the box! :D Oh, and I'm about half way to getting enough money to get the meteroite dent fixed. Double yay! :p I hadn't planned on getting these posted until tomorrow when I absolutely HAD to come back on base since my sisters computer is less than par with the usb ports, but I was too excited :D Here ya go!

 

*2 July 06* The show was a bust. Actually, I misunderstood and thought it was a different show. No, this one was actually a meet but it was still bust. There were only 3 Scions that showed, but at least all 3 were xB's. I didn't feel like taking a lot of pics but here's the ones I did take.

 

*1 July 06* The theme has begun. *insert evil laugh here* Work in progress pics posted. I know I said I wasn't posting more until tomorrow but it's my car, I'll do what I want :D. The camera I use has a nasty habit of making the colors off. The interior of the car is really a dark grey and the blue is dark as well. Some of the pics look neon :D The last image is of the color matching job. You can't really tell at a distance but I know it's bad lol.

 

*30 Jun 06* Just got done painting the engine cover and a few other peices under the hood. Not quite color match but blue lol. Also, I painted over that ugly meterorite dent. The color match is horrible but hey, keeps the rust off until I can get her fixed. More pics posted after the meet on 2 July.

Yes, the Scion has received its first 'Scar'. This is one of those freak weird thingy's that just happen. I blame a meteroite. This happened while I was driving down the road...something hit me and I never saw it. Still gunna cost a pretty penny to fix.

 

*Everything below here is prior to me actually keeping up with the dates. Deal with it :p* This is Vixen, my xB. I haven't done anything to it yet except remove the factory black vinyl from my doors. She had the side pin stripes when I got her. Some of the things I'm lookin at right now are some new wheels, since I have the wheel covers at the moment, and some different vinyl. I haven't decided on a theme yet but I'm workin on it.
