This is my 1983 DR30 Skyline RS2000. This is the "Ironmask" version which came with a modified hood and grill. I did some research and I found out this car is extremely rare in North America so I am one lucky man. It has a bit less than 60k miles on it and is near perfect shape but the best thing about this car is the engine.
It an fj20et, which is notoriously bulletproof and is capable of big gobs of power. I'll add a bit of history when I get a chance but I'll say for now this thing is amazing. Mods include
- Trust/Greddy td07s-25g turbo with a 65mm external wastegate.
- HKS exhaust manifold
- HKS Dragger mandrel bent exhaust
- HKS SSQ Blow off valve
- Bored from a 1.9 to a 2.1 and fitted with Tomei forged rods, pistons and crank.
- Greddy Rebic fuel controller with two extra injectors fitted.
- Greddy VVC boost controller
- Bride Brix racing seat
- Also a bunch of other stuff I'll add later. Pretty good added to what it started life with. Like
- 4 wheel drilled and slotted disc brakes
- Clutch type Limited slip differential
- Electronically adjustably shocks
- Curb weight of only 2650lbs
I really like the fact the gears will let me 65mph in second gear and 115mph in third. (it's a five speed!)
