After Years of Lusting over Porsche's 928, seeing it in movies like Risky Business and Scarface, I finally own one.
It is a 1985 model S with the 32 valve 4 cam engine. The auto transmission is a Mercedes S class 4 speed that is a little lazy, It does not slip though and will spin the wheels when floored. This will be the first future project, buying a rebuilt from 928intertional or 928gt.

The color is Chocolate Braun Metalliac with Champagine interior.I will post pictures later of the interior.

When the transmission is out,I will update the suspension to Bilstein shocks and springs.I also need to have the windshield replaced ,it has alot of excessive noise from the seals collapsing.

After driving many other cars, I have found my true desire for a GT class car. I will continue to keep and maintain this car!
I also own a 1987 944S that will help keep the milage down on the 928S.I would Love to get a 928GTS in the future, I love this 928S so much ,I can't imagine how much fun a 928GTS would be.

Yeah man, rims make a huge difference and your new set look rockin. I never liked the flat disc rims on the 928, I always thought it made the car look soft. My 928 has porsche chrome phone dials on it which look really aggressive. It looks like you have a real nice example of a clean vintage 928. Enjoy!

A dream realized; I always love to hear that. After a little TLC that is going to be a fine automobile to show off. To answer the Shady's question they are reliable but maintanence can be expensive and make sure you don't pick a car up cheap and then have to spend 4 times what you paid for it to get it running. Hope that helps.

Nice classic "8-baller" I've got an '83' that I call "Scarface". "Porsche,... There is no substitute."
