CURRENT VEHICLE

JoshuaJeeper's 1985 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

Right now its pretty stock, but I definitely have plans for this panzer wagon! It has a 3.0 litre, inline-5, turbo-diesel powerplant (118HP / 177 ft-lbs) with a 4 speed automatic. I bought it with a blown engine; rebuilt that the summer of 2004. I Reciently replaced the transmission with a rebuilt one from Silver Star Recycling Dismantler. I've taken off all of the emission devices except the trap oxidizer (Particulate trap), soon to go, which will give me 6HP alone, plus the some of the following mods: straight pipe exhaust coming out on both sides just before the rear tires, an intake, and propane injection just to top it all off, plus more (PAGE 9).

I have each page separating the different stages of my restoration and performance project.

JoshuaJeeper's 1985 Mercedes-Benz E-Class These are my Yokohama tires (205/70R14) and my stock 14inch Mercedes wheels. I hope to be getting some 17 inch 5 spoke Mercedes rims with some 225mm wide tires in the front and 245mm wide tires in the rear (PAGE 3); granted they fit without interferance.

And here's me doing it...Taken from my cell phone camera, hence the small size. This was only done with the help of a steep downhill and a lot of road to work with. Yeah, its fast, but it takes it time getting there.JoshuaJeeper's 1985 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
