Update-6/8/06: I got a Flowmaster 50 series exhaust system installed. I'm friends with the guy at the muffler shop and I got a $500 installation done for $290. It sounds great, its not too loud but its got a nice deep, mellow tone. Pictures are at the bottom of the page.
This is the car I drive most of the time. It is a 2003 Ford Eddie Bauer Expedition. It is 2 wheel drive, and it has the 4.6L engine so it is slow as hell. I'm thinking about putting a K&N cold air intake and a Magnaflow performance exhaust on it, so it will be a little bit quicker and get better gas milage. It is getting 15.4 mpg now. I replaced the stock Continental tires on it with Nitto Terra Grapplers. I would recommend them to anyone. The ride great, there really quite (the Continentals started making a whomp, whomp sound), and they have great traction on and off road, I made it through the real thick Florida sugar sand pulling a motorcycle trailer with no problem.
I bought this for myself for Christmas. It is a Sirius StarMate Replay. Its great you can pause a show or song if your getting gas, or at a toll. The blue light is not too bright at night as long as you mount it low. It will be if you mount it in the windshield. And don't use the velcro that comes with it, if you live in hot weather most of the time the heat that accumulates inside the car will soften the adhesive and the unit will fall. This happened probably 10 times and the unit works perfectly. I have igoing through the FM modulator and it sounds great, not quite CD quality but its good enough.
