From 1991-1994 the Nissan Sentra se-r came with the SR20DE , a 2.0L inline four cylinder engine with 7500 RPM redline, capable of reliably supporting 400whp. After I blew the original SR20 thanks to an inept Nissan Parts Rep (he gave me the wrong oil filter twice, it popped off while driving), I found a Japanese SR20DET for sale locally. I swapped the engine in in 2005. I eventually installed a 2.75" intake, k&n cone filter, 2.5" boost tubing, an aftermarket intercooer, manual boost controller, and a full 3" turbo-back exhaust. This netted 209.25whp and 228.95wtq on 12psi of boost with a stock t25 (about 247hp and 270tq at the flywheel). Seeing as my clutch is rated for only 230 flywheel torque, it will slip the clutch if I engage boost at anywhere near the torque peak in 3rd-5th gear. Even so, its roasts the tires through first, forcibly pulls me into the seat in second and third gear, and pulls all the way to 145MPH before air resistance noticeably slows acceleration. As one guy once said "It's a happy-fun time".
The computer and base map tune were provided by Calumsult, and fine tuning was done at National Speed's dyno via an A'pexi S-AFC.
Before the dyno tune, I ran a 13.638 at 102.98mph with 2.28 60' time @ Rockingham Dragway with a 2" intake tube and half of the manifold-to-turbo-flange gasket missing.
I originally wanted to autocross this car, so I built the suspension with a focus on getting the parts with the most bang for my buck.
The first mods i bought for the car were aa set of 15"x6.5" Rota Subzeros (12 Lbs each) with 205mm wide Falken Azenis RT-615. For suspension I have equipped Hyperco Gen II springs, they are rated at 300 lb./in. front and 200 lb./in. rear and lower the car 1" on both ends (the Sentra chassis does not handle well if lowered more than 1"). Hypercoil worked with Mike Kojima at Sport Compact Car Magazine to produce these springs, and they do their job well. Probably the best mod I ever did besides wheels and tires. The front swaybar is removed and the rear is a 19mm bar from Suspension Techniques. (can you say "snap oversteer"?) A set of ES front control arm bushings are installed, also I have Whiteline caster correction bushings waiting to go on. An original Stillen strut tower bar braces the front suspension and an Active Tuning bar braces the rear. The sum total is a fairly stiff ride, neutral to slight understeer at the limit with controllable lift-throttle oversteer.

The front brakes are upgraded to bigger, better NX2000 rotors and calipers with Axxis metallic pads, I also have larger rear rotors and calipers from a '94 Maxima that I'm swapping on when time permits. The brake lines are a mystery brand of braided stainless steel lines.
Future plans include paint and a turbo upgrade.
