4-28-6: Hello - I'm currently working on my Aspire. I'm going to have 2 Alpine Decks, a Kenwood 800w amp, 400w Sony amp, Lots of Alpine and Optimus speakers, and a set of JL Audio Subs.

I have a weird rattle, that sounds like it's coming from the Transmission. It sounds like a rock in a skid plate, Not sure. When everything is done, and fixed properly I will have some pictures.

4-30-6: I have the wiring set up for the stereo now, I'm just working out a few bugs, I do have some pictures now.

I will be using a FM transmitter for anything I listen to anymore, Sirius and iPod, so I will be able to set both systems to the same FM Frequency. The top deck will control all the midrange speakers - door(Alpine 6.5), rear dash(Alpine 5x8), and Hatch(Alpine 6x9). The bottom will control the extra Tweeters(Optimus) and Subs(JL Audio 10w0).

5-6-6: I finished the wiring harness, I'm pretty proud of myself - Here it is:

HaHa. THe best response for having two headunits, is "Why Not?" Really though, I use my Sirius Radio's FM Transmitter, I use one headunit to control my mid's and high's, and I use the lower one to control the subs. I found it's an easy way to balance when you listen to many types of music.

Nice project you have going there. Good luck fixing that rattle. One question though... Why two headunits? Everything else I understand.
