nothing fancy, my car has the super rare JBL audio option in it still, and i like it.
but... as with most factory systems... they break...
...so i've decided to upgrade the system while preserving the stock look, heres what i did...
JL audio 6W0-4
here is the sub is the stock location, i had to cut the lower support to clear the deeper sub and i also had to repair the mounts i broke during disassembly using longer screws and dowels for added srength.
i was able to reuse the stock wires from the amp and the insulation as well.
finished.
