I'm here to represent the Goldie Lookin' Chain. We aren't actually racing in the Gumball, but have been asked to DJ the launch party. Also, I believe we are to be the first car over the line on Sunday for a comedy start.

1. What got you started racing in the Gumball?
GLC: We love the power and speed of our van and wished to use it to full potential of it's 18bhp in a round the world race .
2. What attracted you to the race and what made you want to enter?
GLC: Some girl asked us in a pub!
3. Have you raced in the Gumball before? If you have, when and what did you race?
GLC: Nope but I've done the Newport mad mile which is a race from Duffryn to Chipland to get a nice portion of chips with garlic sauce.
4. How long have you been racing cars?
GLC: Since I saw karate kid in 1983 and was inspired.
5. Do you think the entry fee is worth the experience?
GLC: Err, yup, how much is it, I've got some change somewhere!
6. How long does it usually take to build a car for the race?
GLC: 20 mins, we're the A Team clart!
7. Do you recommend a certain make and model?
GLC: The Bedford Rascal was an obvious first choice due to it's excellent ride and handling characteristics and power/weight ratio plus it's got wheels.
8. What is more important to focus on, engine performance or suspension modifications?
GLC: Snacks.
9. What are some of the craziest modifications you have seen or done to rides?
GLC: Our unique paintjob, it's amazing.
10. Tell me about the vehicle you?re entering in the Gumball with.
GLC: It's a Bedford Rascal A Team Van, der, de de derrrr, de de deeeerrrrrr!!!
11. What are the technical specifications of the car? Intake, exhaust, engine components, springs, shocks, brakes, drivetrain/transmission, etc.
GLC: The engine is under the passenger seat, it took us 2 months to find it.
12. Are you bringing anybody with you? Is there a reason why you selected that particular individual?
GLC: The whole band, they are there to push when it goes wrong!
13. Are you out to complete the challenge or to win?
GLC: If we make it 100 yds we'll be pleased as punch!
14. What advice could you give to people who would be interested in racing in the Gumball?
GLC: Save up, get a pimped ride and you've gotta be on it to win it, safe as f***...
