May 30th, well i managed to get a few prizes at the car show.  Best Sports Car, Best Bodykit, Biggest Baddest Rims and Peoples Choice.   I did not get best overall but theres always next year.  I think i got beat out because he had lsd doors on his car.  

May 29th, my brother was finishing off the front windows whist i worked on the door handles.  You can also see the back shelf all shined up.  I'll dop the speakers back in them later today.

May 27th, the paint process has strted

May 25th, well the Hot Wheels 2009 car show is comming up this saturday so i thought i wouldn't get carried away and just fix up some things. For the last car show i rushed the fiberglass speaker molding as i really only had a day to do it plus all the rest of the stuff i had left on the car. I really wasnt happy with how it came out so i just took all the paint off and started remolding it a bit.  I think i've spent more time sanding it this time around than it took me to make it and spray it last time.  Hopefully i'll spray it tomorow or maybe just the primer and sand that down too.  I also have the handles off as the smart person who designed it used this rubber stuff for the surface which has started to rub off.  It is notacable to me to i'm gonna spray that black to match the interior.  My brother is working on the tint as i took it all off as i kept getting pulled over.  This car attracts police for some reason.

 Depending on how much time i have this week i would like to paint my brake calipers also but we'll see how it goes.  1 thing at a time :)  I'll try to post more pics tomorow night.

April 11th, Since i haven't done anything to the car since last year i though i would atleast upgrade my spark plugs.  I decided to go with the some Denso Iridium .4 mm electrode plugs.  These lil guys ended up costin me around $15 a plug the time i brought them in :) 

Dec 14th, Ok well I thought putting on the Xenon 30000k low beams took a while well the high beams took even longer.  Pretty much the same setup but i then had to find a new spot to mount the balists. I can see i wont be using these high beams too much unless i want to blind someone but they are in and thats all that matters.  I also change out the parking bulbs so they look clean now.

What makes it more fun i have to take the whole front off to get to the lights properly.

 Ok here are the Xenon 30000k high beams, they are alot bigger.

Nov 16th changed out all the interior bulbs with SMT red LEDs.  Got a nice lil glow going on.  I also added a few more pics today of the red glow going on (Dec 14)

 Installed some Xenon 30000k HIDs today (Nov 11).  Thought it was going to be straight foward after watching a few youtube videos but it definately took me like a hour & a half.  Renaults definately don't come wired as some cars in the US.  Anyways, they are in and working and look great.  They have that nice deep purple look.  I think i need to buy some for the high beams now, just so it matches.

 Car got serviced Nov 8 so i thought i would take a few pics.  Its always a challenge to get the car on the lift since the car is too low.
