i got this 1993 ford escort gt(1.8L) from a friend with 110,000 miles on it. it needed some work like a new tail light, some brakes, ignition switch, tires, and none of the wire for the radio worked.
the back end of the car is a little banged up expecially the bumber but i have a new one sanded and waiting to be painted
the radio and all was alot of work. i had to run wires from the battery to the deck because none of the wires worked only the ground. hooked up this kinda old panasonic cd player put 2 alpines 4.5 inch speakers in the door panasonic 6x8s in the rear along with a 1200wat amp with 2 12inch kickers. all of this had to be run to a toggle switch on the sidebecause it was run directly off the battery. found a cheap xm radio on clearnance at best buy so i figured why not.
well my ignition broke so instead of fixing it hey why not get a push button so i did
