Aha! I've decided to take on a little project; I'm going to build a mini-chopper.
I got the inspiration from diygokarts.com and most of the parts are going to come from gokartgalaxy. I'm going to make the frame myself, which shouldn't be too hard, just some tough sawing and soldering.
So far, I can tell you that it will have a 10" front rim that's 2" wide and a 5" that's 4" wide. Gonna be awesome.
It'll cost me about $450 or so, but definitely no more than $600.
If I buy the parts piecemeal through the school year, I'll be about to get it all without having to blow so much money at once.
Yay.
