I've decided to forgo painting the engine part. Instead, I got new horns, so now my horn doesn't sound like a chipmunk.

The circular thing is the stock horn (little f***er). the seashell-shaped thing are the new horns, gotten at O'Reilly, high and low tone.
Mind you, I had some trouble getting the stock horn off; actually, I couldn't get the stock horn off, the screw holding it in place wouldn't budge. So I attached the new horns' brackets to the back of the screw, and tightened those on with a nut.
