....BEFORE THE RESURECTION.....MARCH 2006
Being "Old School" from the 60's and 70's my friends and I allways had Cars, Road Runners, Chevelles and Mach1's. Then came Marriage, the "Car Dead" 80's and away went all those Rides. If only we still had them! Muscle Cars were dead till my Son, http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2262217 bought his LS1 Camaro. I was hooked and my search began. Low and behold, sitting on a Lot, well used, and needing help before the point of no return, a 6 speed Z28 for the right price.

Cleaned up real nice. The Futral F14 Cam made it a real "Head Snapper". On the big side, but still streetable IMO. Run the Cutout 1/2 open to get an awesome sounding idle while not being too much of a Law Magnet. The Stock Shift Knob was boring so I lathe turned the Hurst white shifter ball myself because I just wasn't happy with the feel of anything I tried. Got it just right with the shift pattern still intact on the top. Use Ardex Stereo Glaze and Ardex Gold Supreme along with Turtle Express Shine on the exterior. Check out the Cam Vids, but the Camera sound just doesn't do it justice by missing the full deep lope of this Cam/Header combo. Idle tuned at 850 RPM.

Tom- Nice Z, especially like the subtle color, hiding that looming F14... Would love to see the look on that C6 driver as you coast past him, LOL... Check out my page sometime, have my bird on there and a short F-Body video.-TJ
