someone keep an eye out for some cheap (good) iroc rims, with or without good paint...
i wish this were an

this is my 89' camaro, previously beleived to be an iroc-z, which means the guy who sold it to me was either lyin his ass off, or he was lied to as well, but no harm done, im gonna save an ass load in insurance rates, not to mention the fact that the tpi motor would have been a whole lot harder to work on (even though it was possible to get an iroc with tbi)and with a few mods, i will make this ting run like no other. i did some research and found the only difference between the iroc and the sport coupe is the headlight buckets on the iroc were painted black, the suspension was .5 inches lower, the name on the door, and the rims. my car does have iroc emblems with the origional skirts, and the nose is the same as an iroc, as well as the bumper. the only inside difference was the plate on the dash, the tach has 500 rpm difference between redlines, and the speedometer in the iroc said 145, not 115, my car also will not go any faster than 115 without first bypassing the limiter in the ecu, which i can do for free, but all in all, this is still my second favorite car, i only paid $1600, it runs, and it shifts so smooth, i can't feel it, but it did overheat easily, but i fixed that little problem, tell me what you think, and be honest. if you are interested in the cheap mods i plan to do in the near future, go to page 9, i will post the author of those articles as soon as i can find them. i will also post a parts list in the near future so you know exactly what my little 305 will be under going, i will also be posting some articles over the camaro soon as well.

this is my favorite angle, i think it looks mean, even though it's a little rough around the edges.

i have since replaced the gauges, i had them off so i could try and fix my tach that the previous owner burnt out, when i got the car, the tach was sittin at the oil pressure gauge, i havent put in a new one, but i put the old one back in.

it may not be the fastest or the best looking camaro, i wouldn't trade it for anything, i plan to replace the motor mounts, intake manifold, and the entire exhaust as soon as i can afford it, one peice at a time.
i decided after i get my license, im going to eat rice for dinner every night!!!lol
why are people giving me lower and lower ratings, i know the car isnt perfect, but i've gone from five stars to three stars in less than a week, i always give top vote, why cant people do the same for others? we all need a confidence boost, i'm happy to be back at four stars.... but wasnt 5 nice?
and (no offense intended here) why would some one vote for me to get rid of the car, it was a rhetorical question to see who actually beleives in a good project car...
if you rate me, i'll be sure to rate you if you let me know, but dont be an ass about it please
