PLEASE RATE MY E30 I KNOW IT MIGHT NOT BE THE BEST BUT IT IS MINE AND YOUR RATINGS AND COMMENTS LET ME KNOW IAM DOING A GOOD JOB ....
Well heres my 88 325is E30 Coupe this is the story of her I got the car from my dads boss just for something to play around with...I did some work to it to kinda get it looking like a car again... I replaced the back window because it was broke as you can see...I wanted to keep the water out so that it didnt rust the floor anymore then what it did I also started the body work on it to get it ready for some paint before I put any interior in it or did any other work well as you can see some planes changed and I put the motor in it just to get it off the shop floor and that is where things ended with the car ...I brought the car home finally after it sat at my dads work for a few months now that the cars home my g/f decides she likes the car and body style of it so now she wants it ...I dont really care because I already have a 86 325e E30 sedan you will see this car on another page... So now that she wants it plans change I'm strippng the care to a bare shell and stripping all the paint off of it to get it ready for some serious body work and suspension work... I will update when I get time and when work is done for now here are some pictures of the car and the work I did before i brought it home ...I will do the best i can to explain the work that was done and the things to come Thanks for visiting my page please leave a comment mean or nice
This is how the car sat for 2 years before I got it as you can see its not to nice
OK before any of the work was started on the car me and my dad pushed it to the front of the garage so that I could pressure was it before any work was started ... The way I see it is the best way to start a project is with a clean start...
The replacement of the window nothing really to see I believe it took me and my dad about 20 minutes to pull the old window and replace it with the new one
Motor replacement old motor removed engine bay pressure washed motor pressure washed and sat in place for now
Photos of the body work and shaving of the trunk...
Photos of the body work and shaving of the driver side door and quarter panel...
Heres the only photo I have of the car on its trip home I didnt take any photos of it after I brought it home... I will go down to my garage tomorrow to take some photos of her...I did have a M-Tech II spoiler but I didnt really like it it was to big for the car...I would rather not have one so I sold it...
I bought some plastic bumpers with the euro trim and a valence but seeing how the plans changed with this car I will be using this stuff on my 86 and I have the older BMP RS kit that will be going on this car...
ok like i said there will be big changes to this car so far i showed my g/f how to strip the paint sand and prime the front fender..So i let her do the rest but i will guide her along the way...so far she stripped all the paint off the rear quarter panel, front fender, hood and part of the roof she will be sanding all the panels and priming them by this weekend and start on the other side stripping paint the interior is pretty much gutted now to clean all the floor to get it ready to be cut out ...yup thats right cut out we will be building a full rear frame for this car...STAY TUNED
**************************************************************** UPDATES 12/08/06
well not to much going on here got all the interior gutted and the engine bay i also ripped out the whole front suspension well because it was tosat so im junking it all plus i wasent going to use it any ways s10 suspension parts FTW i will be cutting the floor out in a few days and start on the frame when it gets a little warmer out right now i got to finish my 86 so i can get her on the road when im done i should be able to fit a 20's all around this isnt nothing like building a mini truck

It's beautiful ! Nice work on your e30 ! How long have you been working on your sedan ? Have you been driving it in the meantime or is it a longterm project ? And I saw you cut all the floorboards on the coupe, were they just rotten or do you have other plans ? Anyway, enough questions ! Have a look at my bonestock eta ! Later, J-S.
