Before you scroll down to check out the car I just want to give some advice to all the people who are looking to buy a MOPAR and restore it. I got this saying from an old MOPAR collector and enthusiast and this is what he said... REMEMBER: THE CAR YOU JUST LOOKED AT TODAY, AND WANT TO THINK ABOUT IT TILL TOMORROW, IS THE SAME CAR THAT SOMEONE LOOKED AT YESTERDAY AND IS GOING TO BUY TODAY!

This is my Dad's Car.
It's a 69 Plymouth Satellite Sport.
It's B5 or Bahama blue.
It's a 340, 3speed auto. consel

The 340 puts out a little over 300HP. We didn't do much to it. It's got a 600 Edelbrock 4 barrel, with Edelbrock performer intake, original high flow manifolds, Electronic egnition, Accel distributer and 2 1/2 Dynomax exhaust with x pipe.

He had one like this when he was 16 but it was just a Satellite not a Sport and it had a white vynal top and was a 3speed auto on the column with a 318.

We pulled the motor because it had a small oil leak coming out of the rear crank bearing seal. This is what it looked like when we took it out.

And this is what it looked like when we finshed detailing and reinstalling it.

Soon after the motor was reinstalled the 904 tranny started to leak. So my dad took that out too and put in a new seal, then cleaned and detailed it. Heres the finished product.

Nice car.... I recently ran across one of these cars. Would you know how many of these cars were produced and what it is worth not running, original shape, 340 automatic, rear qtrs rusted? Restored value?
