This was a 9 year project starting with a 64 Fairlane 500 that had been sitting in a backyard in Riverside,CA for 10-15 years. I was going to make a TBolt clone but decided to go with a full frame and mustang II suspension. The car has many body mods including stretched rear wheel openings, Smooth firewall, complete fiberglass tilt front end, fiberglass trunk, bumpers, custom interior and full 12 point roll cage. Uses a Currie 9 inch with disc brakes and 3:91 Detroit Locker. It has power rack and pinion steering. The latest addition to the 500 cubic inch 385 Series big block is a Vortech centrifical blower adapted from a "Carb-in-a-box" Big block Chevy kit. I had to machine a few parts but it was not that bad. It would be easy to do it again. I have just added a Lentech AOD street Terminator overdrive transmission that is good for 750 horsepower. We will find out because that is about what it should have. This was taken in front of my office in Irvine, CA I had to do a lot of fabrication on my tilt front end to adapt the Vortech Blower. I had to move my radiator forward to make room for the new pulleys I fabricated a new discharge tube to go around the distributor More supercharger fabrication An Ididit tile column and Cerrulo seats were added to the interior. A custom console was made with an aluminum I fabbed up my own airbag suspension With 2 10 second Fairlanes at Pomona in 2004 Taken in Georgia around 1997 prior to moving back to California. I was going to paint the car blue but changed my mind
