IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO TAKE PICS OF A CAR WITH NEONS ON...TELL ME...my problem is either it is too bright outside to see the neons (blue) or when it is dark out, the flash takes away the blue light and substitutes a white light....help pleaseee
