This is a build up page of a wall in a 2 door sc400 lexus. It was not easy but it was definately fun ruining this car.

This shows the stencil for the sides I used made of cardboard.
Most of the joints are fiberglassed and you can see that the wall actually is at an angle sortof following the line of the door.
2X4s used excessively behind the sides and the top corner pieces.
I double layered the back wall and top corners only everything else is relying on 2X4 supports.
Good area to screw to here though I end up bolting the face on anyways.
