after 3 years of rest gas prices have forced me to bring out the "ole Pinto again. she really didn't want to live again, but after replacing alot of electrical parts she's back on the road, now maybe I can afford to drive again

an update on the pinto:
as you can tell I've put a coat of primer on it, cold weather has hit before I could paint it
also along with the electrical I've replaced the brake booster, power steering pump, rack, tie rod ends, and to get 'er ready for winter, boiled out and flushed the radiator, changed the thermostat, thermostat housing, water pump, belts and hoses
only thing left to replace to get it in good running order is the carb (barly getting 15 MPG)
next year I plan to switch it from automatic to 4 speed put on a header and shoot it with a coat of Tan paint
also I need a little help, somewhere on here is a group of Pinto owners ( I think), from what I understand a pinto has about 90 some horsepower stock, I'd like to raise it to about 150 HP while still using the 4 cyl and need some guidance from someone who knows
