Question: Should I leave the old skool Brown Ball shifter on the Hurst stick or should I put on a T-bar?

Before you scroll down to check out the car I just want to give some advice to all the people who are looking to buy a MOPAR and restore it. I got this saying from an old MOPAR collector and enthusiast and this is what he said... REMEMBER: THE CAR YOU JUST LOOKED AT TODAY, AND WANT TO THINK ABOUT IT TILL TOMORROW, IS THE SAME CAR THAT SOMEONE LOOKED AT YESTERDAY AND IS GOING TO BUY TODAY.

Hey hows everybody doing and thanks for checking out my car. I'm Josh Wiebe, I'm 17 years old and this is my 70 Dart Swinger 340 4-speed car. This was my 16th birthday present. Am I lucky or what!!!? I'm currently in the process of restoring it. As you will soon see. It's a rare car. It's all original from factory with funtional hood scoops, bone stock 275HP 340 4bbl, A-833 4 speed trany with HURST shifter, posi 8 3/4 rear end, Rallye Dash, Bench Seat, Black Vynal top and Black Bumble-Bee stripe. The entire car is #'s matching with the original build sheet. A 70 Dart has been my dream car for some time now and now that dream is unfolding but untill the car is completed and drivable I'm going to have to work my ass off. Now I have a question for all you car enthusists... I'm planning on getting two sets of rims for the car, a set of Weld Racing Pro-Star rims and a set of Stockton Wheel original reproduction Rallyes wich all sounds good but my delema is that I don't know which to order first? So leave a message in the guest book and tell me what you think?
Take a look around and enjoy and remember before you leave, rate the car and leave a message in my guestbook!
:)!!!THANKS!!!:)

This is the very first pic of me and my Dart back when I had long hair... It sat in this barn for 15 years with it's ass hanging out before I came to save it from mother nature.
Here's the car all loaded up. I have to give a big thanks to the guys at Skyline Auto who were so easy going and helpfull. Thanks Guys!!!
Just before leaving to her new home.
On the way home. Looking proude!
SORRY SOME OF THE OTHER PICS ARE LOW QUALITY
1970 340 4 Speed Dart Swinger.
The K-Member needs to be sand blasted and re-painted. Man those hood scoops look good!!
The trunk lid is aligned perfectly and closes like a glove.
The entire engine bay needs to be sanded down and re-painted.
Funtional Hood Scoops.
Bad Ass 340!!!
The steering wheel is in great shape but the dash needs to be redone and I need to replace the floor pans.
2 of the 3 DART emblems are still in good shape but I need to replace one. Same goes with 2 of the SWINGER emblems.

All mods and major upgrades are what I'm planning on doing.
