They're called port holes. Mine are the real ones that you have to cut out the holes to put them in. I got them from a buick dealership cause buicks come with them. 99% of people though get the stick on ones that don't require holes to be cut in the fender. They are only like 70$. Mine cost 175 for all 6 and then 550 to get them installed.

Yeah they are very nice cars, I dont know for sure what size the factory speakers are, but I know the factory sub is like 10 inchs. I've got more pics I need to upload sometime thats got more add-ons.
