This is a little thing i made to get the rear speakers to work from aftermarket deck. Just take the grounds from each side (L & R) and join them - these will insert into the factory wire harness in the common ground (com). Then take Positive from left - goes to one speaker, and positive from right - goes to other speaker. Then insert your amp turn-on lead from deck into the + slot in the factory wire harness.
