this is ma 2000 ford focus ZX3,so far I've added a high flow intake from steeda, 17" gun metal with the crome lip rims, dropped 2.0 on the front and 2.5 on the back with TEIN coilovers, a 7" motorized screen rockford fosgate dvd system and only a muffler, next weekend I'll be adding a 4-2-1 header by steeda with a bosal 2.25" flex pipe and a HKS HI-POWER exhaust..I'm really exited

Nice ride, and thanx for the hit. It looks like you have a pretty good start on your ride. To answer your question, the catback is good for a few horsepower, but if you still have the stock flexpipe in place, it creates a restriction, especially if you have a header. That's why I replaced it. Unfortunately I'm getting a turbo sometime in the next couple months so I think I'm going to replace it with a 2.5 or even a 3" to improve the exhaust flow from the 3" downpipe I'm getting. Later
