It runs. Started on the first crank and has a smooth idle at bout 950 rpms.

Update: 7/31/08

Had the car dyno tuned at a local shop. The car was having trouble maintaining boost above 8 psi but managed to get it to 15 psi. On the newly rebuilt FE3, it made 265hp 290ft/tq @15psi at the wheel. Granted I have the FEAP intake cam which does not do good for top end power

Dyno plot at 8psi: 189hp and 208ft/tq

The reason for higher tq numbers and lower HP: FEAP intake cam

I also relocated my TECII unit to a more convenient location.

I'm running a TECII on an FE3 as well. I'll be redoing my tune this spring/summer when the wiring is done. Anxious to see how you fair! Good luck!
