Here are some pictures of the install of my Dinan Cold Air Intake. We did this install in our garage late one night. It's very staightforward using the directions provided.
This is what came in the kit:

<-- This one (air pump) cracked us all up when we pulled it out of the car! Very immature, i know... :)
First, the air box needed to be removed, along with the front bumper. This is a great opportunity to clean all of the parts behind the bumper.
The next thing is to enlarge the hole in the plastic piece that the stock air box plugs into. A dremmel tool was used to cut the plastic. Then the hole was filed smooth. This was the most time consuming part of the install.
After that, the intake tube was installed.
The air pump has to be removed then relocated using the brackets (2) provided. Then the intake for air pump is re-routed and given its own dedicated "mini" K&N filter.
Then the air filter is attached to the air tube and the Dinan "sock" goes over the filter. This protects the filter and helps it stay cleaner longer, while repelling excessive water intrusion.

This is what it looks like when it's all done. Now the car has a "whistle" then a throaty "woosh" sound when you get on the accelerator. Mmmmmm.... music to my ears... :)
