This here is a 1973 VW Thing that I bought from my Uncle. It was originally yellow, and has been repainted black and green.
These pics are from when I got it, me and my girlfriend drove it to the front of their house, and immediately stripped the carpet out and vacuumed it out so it's not quite as nasty as the photo's show. I have done lots of work to it since,and just put some new pics, they are near the bottom.
Snapped a few more pics and figured it would be prudent to add them on here since it's on ebay now.
Well, tonight (5-23-07) a serious accident happened which has pretty much resulted in the death of my VW. A GMC suburban or whatever and a toyota tundra smacked each other in front of my home and the Tundra smacked my lil VW before hitting the telephone pole. The whole front end is done, no clue how much it would be to repair, but I was selling it, and when the insurance calls... SOLD!!!!
